  • We're opening The Landing with a limited number of exclusive studio memberships! Interested photographers can reach out via email to learn more about availability, membership options, & how to secure their spot.

  • During our initial launch, The Landing will be available exclusively to studio members. Public hourly rentals are potentially coming in the future, so stay tuned!

  • Members will have access to our online booking calendar, making it easy to view availability and reserve studio time in advance.

  • The Landing offers a beautifully designed, space for photographers & creatives. Members will have access to available studio furnishings, designated shooting areas, hair/makeup room and included amenities. Specific offerings may vary as our studio continues to evolve.

  • We want your experience to be as seamless as possible! Members will receive studio entry instructions before their reservation, allowing for convenient, access during their scheduled booking! Front and back doors are available.

  • Newborn area furniture must stay. Details/decorations may move around.

    All backdrops/furniture/etc, Absolutely! We encourage creativity & making the space your own during your session.

    We simply ask that all furniture & studio items are handled with care & returned to their original locations before leaving.

  • Yes on the side of the building or back. With 2 separate entrances. Entering instructions will be shared upon booking.

  • Not at this time.

  • Please just inform us at the owner@thelandingphotostudio.com so it can be amended before the next rental, if possible. We appreciate your honesty!

  • NO glitter, confetti, smoke, powder, alcohol, explosions, or messy props. No hanging anything on walls or backdrops.
